Let's permissions-gathering love~!

So! Ty Lee is a very special girl. So special she requires a couple of permissions things? Why yes indeed, so let's get right down to it!

1. Can Ty Lee see your aura?

I still haven't exactly figured out how I'm playing this, but. Basically, to paraphrase her bio on the official Avatar site, Ty Lee is so "in touch with the universe" that she can see your aura/feel your chi and... basically get an idea as to your mood and/or general mindstate, which seems to be expressed via colors (so basically, it's like everyone has their own personal mood-ring that she can choose to look at if she so wishes). Like, for example she proudly proclaims in her first appearance in canon that her aura is incredibly pink, and conversely Mai's aura is really drab and gray since Mai is an emo goth ninja and all that, so that should give you a basic idea of how it works.

... so basically, I'm not sure I'll actually have her use this all that much? Certainly not all the time and she'll probably mostly make off-handed remarks about it. But it still seems like the sort of thing I should get permissions for in case there are things she absolutely should not be allowed to see. SO. First of all, can she see your aura? And if so, is there anything incredibly special that I should be aware of that would make your aura distinctly different and/or special? Inquiring minds wish to know (plus, a general description of your characters' general disposition/color if you can think of any would be wonderful but not necessary; this site is pretty much awesome to use as a reference for that if you want)!

2. Can Ty Lee ignore your personal space bubbles entirely?

... yes. ALSO SHE'S KIND OF FULL OF BADTOUCH. Or. Well. Ty Lee is an incredibly affectionate person if she likes you enough; she's really big on hugging people for no good reason, for example, and moreover is quick to flirt with people, like. All the time. So if you're on her good side (and... given how upbeat she is most people will probably be on her good side) it's entirely possible that she'll be inclined towards hugging you, draping on you, and generally trying to occupy as much of your attention as possible. Buuut there are probably cases where she really, really shouldn't be doing that, so. Who can she and can't she be super-affectionate towards? Inquiring minds wish to know!

1. Feel free to see Keiichi's aura, aaaaand it shouldn't ping as special in any way because he's completely normal. Colors are probably V. YELLOW and maybe some orange too! SUPER HAPPY SHINY AURA HERE he is the epitome of cheer and optimism. |D

Thor... well, thunder god, so probably bright, clear light most of the time, but if he ever gets worked up about something, think of storm clouds--dark, roiling, shot through with lightning. 'Cause again, thunder god. Red might also suit him.

Ricochet is probably a mix of brown and orange--he's got confidence and self-esteem issues, but is very physical and high energy with the pithy banter and wisecracks.

The Spirit is blue, through and through... Maybe a little gold, from the integrity and freedom aspects.

2. Sure! Thor is not very touchy-feely, and Rico has a vampire!girlfriend who might get annoyed, and Spirit is... well, old. Older, anyway. But sure!

Feel free to be with the touching of both Ash and Sophie. Sophie will move away, Ash will probably just look at her funny.

Auras! The thing that would be closest to Ash's aura in canon is gold and green, so we'll run with that. It fits pretty well! Sophie is incredibly complicated and messy and probably has lots of things in her aura that aren't 'hers' per se. So...headache inducing?

1. Permission for both; they both defend their thoughts in various ways but I'm not sure how effective this would be against aura reading. Francescu is mostly blue with a little violet; very much an organized analytical thinker, and always sad these days. Morrolan is a healthy mix of red and yellow -- an aggressive, passionate personality who takes pleasure in life as he finds it.

2. It might be wiser to avoid Morrolan until he gets used to her, but he'll probably tolerate the behavior once he does. Fran will shake her off politely.

Kuja is not particularly big on physical contact, but I like making things awkward for my characters so go ahead~.

On the aura end of things, his would probably be coming in as purples and pinks most of the time, going by that link. If being an endboss would show up that would also be in there as well.

I completely enable you to be touchy/drapey/whatevery with all of my charcters. As for auras...

I have no idea if I'm doing this right, BUT GOING WITH THE WEBSITE...


Azuma's would be a yellow/gold mix. Very honest and open and VERY optimistic and happy and childlike. :D

Bunshichi's would be orange/red mix with maybe a bit of brown because he is like a rock for other people... kinda.

Tarou's is a blue/green mix guy. I think. Uh...

Stein's the fun one starting with a red+yellow but not very mixed because he doesn't seem to fit the whole orange category except for the "lacking reason" I guess. There will be some points of cloudy white fading to black there also. This is all because of his dedication in following Shinigami-sama and trying to be a good, sane person but clearly HE'S NOT REALLY and thus... black. Yeah.

Mayuko's main aura color is purple. Authoritative and matriarchal, with a touch of imagination. Touches of gold may show from time to time; likewise brown spots.

And if she's working (ie: in the library), touching is a no-go. "Nothing but business from 9 to 5" sort, you see. After hours though, touching is fine!

1. Blanket permission to see my characters' auras.

Bandou Mitsuru: predominantly (raw passion, anger, frustration, determination, sense of importance), (lacking self-discipline), (down to earth, practical, and (integrity, respect)
Delirium: AHAHAHAHA. This is a toughie. I don't know if the anthropomorphic personification of insanity HAS one. But if she did, it would be shifting colors and tones CONSTANTLY. The only real constants are the following: (creativity, lacking reason, lacking self-discipline), (child-like), and (freethinking, possibilities). Anything else will depend on her mood at the given moment. Somewhere inside her, Delight still exists, but her moods cover the entire spectrum and she has her good days and her bad days. I suspect Ty Lee will be confused as all hell. Is it okay to say that the colors would be all swirly and chaotic and shifting and other random things like that? :D
Yukimi: ...I will get back to you on this. He's a little too new for me.

2. Blanket permission to touch all three. But be forewarned that touching Delirium's corporeal body may do something to her. It could be something random but temporary (Fuura took on the personalities of her teacher and several classmates for a few seconds each), or it could affect her sanity for good, or... well... the possibilities are endless.
