She also accused her of "trying to blame Tobias to save herself." So I guess it wasn't just that, but yeah.

She was doing that, and it did look weird at the time . . . I was sure it had to be her and she was trying to look less suspicious by not really trying to get people to vote the other person up with her. Simca could've been just going along with that to try and look less suspicious herself, though . . .
